Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also requires implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, facilitating smooth migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to align data workflows and optimize system performance is an integral part of daily activities, contributing to the overall data infrastructure and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Document processes and workflows to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with database technologies and data storage solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues effectively.
- Experience with integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring data consistency.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
