HR Generalist

We are seeking a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team at our Lahore, PK Office. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who can seamlessly manage day-to-day HR Operations while contributing to a positive and thriving workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Technical Recruitment: Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process using advance TA Tools.
• Staff On/off-boarding: Manage all transactional data/activities during the course of employee life cycle of each individual.
• Attendance & Leaves: Manage Staff Attendance/Leaves, maintain data and handle queries related to staff Attendance & Leaves.
• Employer Branding: Manage company social media page and build strong presence on SM platforms to get higher retention rate.
• Employee Relations: Address and assist HRD in managing employee grievances and facilitate in conflict resolution.
• Event Management: Assist HRD in employee engagement activities i.e. team-building, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, training and occasional events. Support HRD in fostering the collaborative and inclusive culture.
• HR Policy Compliance: Maintain strict follow-ups with staff, particularly with team leads, regarding all HR-related matters, including but not limited to HR Policy Compliance and Performance Evaluation.

 

• Experience: Min. 2-3 years post-qualification experience in the above-mentioned domains.

 

• Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must possess bachelors degree in HRM/Management from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving skills and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets, TA Tools, SM Applications, HRMS, AI and SM Platforms.
