OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of omni channel full-funnel digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring 4-5+ years of experience in full-funnel marketing, with proven expertise across platforms like BVOD, YouTube, Meta in the UK market.
This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of creator marketing, media planning and performance performance marketing within a fast-scaling agency focused on brand and performance mediaimpact. The role is suited to a results-driven individual with a strong strategic mindset and a desire to operate in a high-growth, high-performance environment.
The Senior Media Manager will work within a paid media team to ensure media strategies align with client objectives. This includes campaign planning, delivery, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis. The individual will act as the strategic link connecting client objectives to media performance outcomes.
This role reports directly to the Associate Media Director and serves as a key lead in delivering against business objectives. We are looking for candidates with a media agency background that are looking to drive impact with broad media strategy planning and execution capabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Core Responsibilities:
1. Media Strategy Ownership
Lead cross-platform paid media strategy (TV, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
Align media planning with business goals and performance KPIs.
2. Campaign Oversight & Execution
Manage end-to-end digital campaign delivery, from planning to analysis.
Own budget allocation, pacing, targeting, creative deployment, and optimisation.
Ensure tracking accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives.
3. Data, Reporting & Analytics
Direct dashboard development and integrate insights with business implications.
Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for planning and decision-making.
Evaluate dashboard data and de
liver strategic recommendations to clients.
4. Internal Collaboration
Serve as a strategic link between paid media team and Account Leads.
Work closely with cross functional teams to support end to end activations.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in an agency environment, preferably in a performance marketing role,
Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, direct buys with a track record of delivering measurable results.
Experience building and managing end-to-end media plans, including budget allocation, pacing, targeting, and creative coordination.
Strong understanding of client KPIs, funnel strategies, and media metrics across different objectives.
Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and translate findings into optimisations and strategic recommendations.
Skilled in preparing and delivering clear, concise reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gain confidence and build strong relationships.
Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Experience working with attribution models, media mix insights, and insight analysis to guide strategic marketing decisions.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
