Job Description Summary

Pull and ship all expedites from the B01 Cross Dock shipping lanes. Create loads for the B01 receiving dock.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review all emails and the SPT expedite list then locate all the items and physically move them to the FedEx line on a daily basis.
  • Create stock transfer orders or sales orders through SAP for all items moved to the FedEx line on a daily basis.
  • Create loads for B01 receiving for all inbound containers and LTL shipments.
  • Answer phone calls from outside carriers for dock appointments, then enter the dock appointments into SAP using menu ZAPPT.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Certification / Licensure:

  • None

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year prior work experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Experience in processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
  • Experience in reviewing and reconnecting on actions and with people to ensure the completion of the task.
  • Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.

  • Previous warehouse shipping experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$19.81 - $29.71 Hourly
