What makes this role exciting
Join our French Operations team as a French Payroll Administrator and play an important role in supporting the delivery of accurate and compliant payroll services. Working alongside experienced payroll specialists, you'll gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of French payroll processes, statutory declarations, and reporting requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of French payroll, develop expertise in key compliance activities such as DSN reporting, and contribute to a high-quality service for both clients and colleagues.

Main responsibilities
Prepare and submit departure documents, including the DSN Termination Declaration
• Follow-up of DSN end-of-contract knockout returns and resolution progress with the support of the Payroll and Implementation team
• Prepare and submit DSN declarations of sick leave
• Follow up on DSN sick leave, follow-up of files, and declaration of incapacity for work to the social insurance for certain clients
• Assist the French payroll team with their payroll process when needed (when the payroll entry volume is higher than normal)
• Update the French Net Entreprise reporting portal with registrants and their access authorisations
• Perform quarterly reconciliations between the SAGE payroll system and the Cloudpay G2N report
• Support the various day-to-day tasks of FR operations
• Assist the team with specific tasks (payroll reports, gender pay gap)
• Follow up on sending DIGIPOSTE pay slips
Experience needed for this role
Proficiency in both French and English (English level: B2 minimum).
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of experience as a payroll administrator or in payroll processing; training is provided
Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms.
Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to details
