Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and prioritize daily team activities across
  • Customer Returns (RMA)
  • RMA Credits
  • RMA PRN Resolution Failure Analysis / QFS
  • Warranty Repairs
  • Factory Drop Ship Billing
  • SOX and SOC Audit Support

Build and maintain an agile, cross-functional workforce capable of supporting multiple operational processes.

Develop team members through coaching, training, and career development planning.

Ensure service levels, operational metrics, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.

Establish and maintain process documentation, knowledge management practices, and standard operating procedures.

Monitor performance, workload distribution, and process effectiveness while identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues and improve outcomes.

Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Product to resolve issues and improve business outcomes.

Work Experience:

  • Typically 6+ years including 2+ years of supervisory experience


Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
