Education & Experience
< >Conducts sourcing and initial screening of applicants from the different recruitment channels (e.g. online postings from Jobstreet, job fair database, etc).Ensures timely encoding of all applicants into the databaseProvides assistance to the Recruitment team during job fairs and off-site recruitment initiativesProvides clerical assistance such as encoding tasks, managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external contacts, preparing adhoc reports and presentations as may be required.Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment ManagerBachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalentWith at least 1 year experience in recruitment in a call center industry would be an advantageProficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage
