Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
Accountant Payroll
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate and control Payroll related data flow, inputs and outputs ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
Support employees on salary related questions
Prepare financial and operational Payroll reports
Ensure Payroll costs are properly booked on GL accounts and involved accounts are fully reconciled
Participate in projects and initiatives related to Payroll and Payroll Accounting process improvements (including system testing and interaction with IT)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field
Previous experience in Payroll or Payroll Accounting
Ability to observe strict confidentiality of the obtained information
Fluency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe
Good computer skills (MS Office), experience working with WorkDay or SAP will be considered as an advantage
Analytical mindset and attention to details
