What You Will Do
- Lead customer deployments from initial technical discovery through successful production rollout
- Deploy AI-powered solutions across complex enterprise environments
- Integrate customer APIs, ERP platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise data sources
- Troubleshoot issues spanning backend systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, orchestration, and data pipelines
- Partner directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to improve deployment processes and product capabilities
- Identify recurring implementation challenges and help build scalable internal tools and automation
- Serve as the technical bridge between customers and engineering throughout the deployment lifecycle
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Deployment Strategist, Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Technical Customer Success, or Forward Deployed Engineer
- Experience leading production software deployments for enterprise customers
- Hands-on experience integrating APIs, ERP platforms, CRM systems, or enterprise applications
- Strong technical understanding of backend systems, distributed systems, infrastructure, and cloud environments
- Comfortable troubleshooting complex production issues across multiple technical layers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-moving startup environments
Preferred
- Experience deploying AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or AI infrastructure in production
- Early-stage startup experience (Seed or Series A/B)
- Computer Science or related technical degree
- Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other enterprise platforms
- Exposure to technologies such as Python, Golang, Rust, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
