Training Center Operations Manager- Afungi

Overall management of the training centre, team coordination, client relationship management, operational control, HSE, budgeting, and reporting.

Specific Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Education, Human Resources, or a related field;

• Minimum of six years of experience in managing training centres or similar operations;

• Experience in team management, client relations, budgeting, and performance indicators;

• Good knowledge of HSE, operational planning, and report preparation;

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory;

• Experience in the Oil & Gas, construction, or industrial sector will be an advantage.

• Proven experience in the position;

• Availability to work in Afungi on a permanent or rotational basis;

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment;

• Strict compliance with HSE and project safety procedures;

• Ability to provide certificates, professional references, and supporting documents confirming experience;

• Adequate computer skills relevant to the position;

• Fluent communication in Portuguese;

• Knowledge of English is preferred;

• Availability to participate in induction, training, and mobilisation processes;

• Ability to provide a criminal record certificate and medical fitness certificate when requested.
