About the role:
As a Business Development Manager (IBM Software) you will be responsible for selling IBM software portfolio translating vendor/technology growth plans internally to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
What you'll do:
Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial direction
Negotiation of key tenders and large deals with complete knowledge of all job functions and broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.
Optimize results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification, on-boarding and other business development initiatives
Drive overall vendor management and create customer unique selling propositions that protects Margin integrity and promotes long term value based customer engagement
Maintain Full knowledge of assigned Vendor’s product / service line
Take solution and service offerings to market
Drive overall vendor management
Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share
Ensure ongoing use of CRM tools to ensure best in class business continuity
What we're kindly looking for:
3+ Years of relevant work experience working with IBM software portfolio
Good knowledge about product and marketing of IBM software and programs
Fluent in Croatian and English
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
