Role Summary
The focus of this role is financial and administrative activities related to Tolls and Citations committed with ABG and partners’ vehicles. All activities are engaged in establishing and enhancing the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Has thorough knowledge of the processes of the given service area.
Continually endeavours to improve the quality and efficiency of the services and to develop the processes.
Participates in team/department/BSC projects that utilize their expertise
Handling incoming traffic fines as per the latest procedure with the help of the Tolls and Citations tools/systems, make decisions within the scope of the procedure
Meeting set targets in terms of quality and productivity
Keeping the deadlines set by authorities and internal procedures
Answering voice and non-voice question from other departments and authorities. Initiate calls to authorities and partners to expedite case resolution.
Charging and invoicing administration fee and fines, tolls to customers, initiating and making payments to authorities
Creating regular and ad-hoc reports
Coordinating the work of assistants and trainees, giving professional support to new joiners
Supporting the seniors’ and line managers’ work
Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record every single change
Making proposals to develop processes and improve results
Taking responsibility for decisions within defined frames based on process documentation and Delegation of Authority
Handling and updating the information needed for this.
Cooperating with departments in the BSC and in countries, rental stations, authorities
What we are looking for:
At least high school graduation
University or college degree is an advantage
English: fluent
MS Office user level (Word, Excel, Outlook)
