SUMMARY: This position requires proficiency in the following areas; reverse engineer small parts as needed; weld (TIG and MIG); read and interpret blueprints; read and interpret various measuring devices such as gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers; cut, square, mill, tape and bore; work with all types of metal and plastic.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Training beyond high school including either an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technical field), or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trades programs or military training.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field; industrial maintenance or automation experience preferred; some experience in electrical and mechanical required.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; must have strong skills in document organization, the use of technical materials, and research techniques. Must either be proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance.
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with all team members.
Supervisory: NA
Travel: As needed.
Must reside in the United States to be considered.
