Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and engineering comprehensive features that span from the user interface to backend systems. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. Collaboration and continuous improvement are integral parts of daily activities, ensuring that the solutions delivered are both efficient and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud computing environments and agile development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with data processing, analytics, and pipeline orchestration within cloud platforms.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing complex systems for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
