The Role:
We are looking for an experienced L2 Solutions Engineer to join a technically demanding support and engineering environment.
In this role, you will take ownership of escalated technical incidents and resolve complex issues within your area of expertise. Unlike an L1 support position, this role requires genuine engineering and troubleshooting capabilities, including debugging, scripting, and API-related work.
You will work across technical domains, collaborate with other engineering specialists, and periodically take responsibility for coordinating incoming tickets, routing cases, and ensuring SLA compliance.
Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve escalated technical incidents within your competency domain.

Perform in-depth troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause investigation.

Use scripting and technical tools to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Investigate and troubleshoot API and integration-related problems.

Take end-to-end ownership of incidents from escalation through resolution.

Determine when an issue can be resolved directly and when further escalation is required.

Collaborate with specialists across infrastructure, applications, integrations, and other technical domains.

Provide clear and structured technical handovers when escalating cases.

Communicate directly with clients regarding technical issues and resolutions.

Rotate as Ticket Master, coordinating ticket dispatch, routing, prioritization, and SLA tracking.
What We’re Looking For:

Mid-to-senior-level engineering profile.
-
Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, Integration Engineer, SRE, or in a comparable technical position.

Strong hands-on troubleshooting and engineering capabilities.

Practical experience with debugging, scripting, and APIs.

Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:

Platform / Infrastructure, SRE or DevOps
-
Blockchain, nodes or protocols
-
Custody or application workflows
-
Integration, APIs or technical onboarding

Strong incident ownership and sound judgment regarding technical escalation.

Comfortable collaborating across multiple engineering domains.

Clear and professional client-facing communication.

Ability to produce structured technical documentation and handovers.

Fluent English.
