Description
This is an opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships while helping clients achieve their retirement, investment, and financial planning goals. Unlike many advisor roles that rely on extensive cold calling and self-generated prospecting, our telephone-based advisors are supported with a steady flow of qualified client opportunities, so you can focus on providing advice, deepening relationships, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. You will engage with clients who are actively seeking guidance through important financial decisions, spending more time helping them build financial confidence and less time searching for the next opportunity.
You will do this as part of a highly collaborative team that provides coaching, mentorship, planning resources, and shared best practices. Whether you are an established advisor or looking to accelerate your career, you will find a clear path for growth into more senior advisor roles, supported by ongoing training, coaching, and licensing support.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized retirement, investment, and wealth planning advice to clients through telephone-based conversations.
Engage a steady flow of qualified client opportunities, understanding each client’s goals and recommending suitable solutions.
Build and deepen long-term client relationships that support asset growth and client retention.
Partner with experienced leaders, planning resources, and team members through coaching, mentorship, and shared best practices.
Maintain all required licensing and adhere to applicable regulatory, compliance, and suitability standards.
Required Qualifications:
FINRA SIE and Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
State insurance licenses will be required as our product offerings expand.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of financial services experience, preferably in phone-based and/or sales roles.
CRPC designation.
When you join our team:
We will empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
We will recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
