Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of energy projects. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate project activities, ensure compliance with technical standards, and drive projects from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide technical oversight throughout construction and commissioning phases.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular technical and management reports.
• Travel internationally to project locations when required.
• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) standards.
• Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project handover activities and post-commissioning evaluations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the energy, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation, technical specifications, and project execution processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to identify risks and implement practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline will be considered an asset.
