Day to Day

• Own and grow an established portfolio of key accounts
• Identify new opportunities and turn relationships into revenue
• Get out from behind the desk and meet builders, engineers, architects, distributors and trade customers
• Work with major customers including Bunnings, Mitre 10, Total Tools and independent businesses
• Present products, solve problems and identify opportunities to grow accounts
• Drive revenue, profitability and market share across your territory
• Work closely with sales, engineering, customer service and operations
• Build strong industry relationships and become the person customers call first
• Take ownership of your pipeline, territory and results
• Demonstrate leadership through your performance, attitude and accountability

Who will succeed here?

You might be an experienced Account Manager, BDM or Territory Manager from building products, fasteners, tools, hardware, construction products or trade distribution.

What matters most is attitude, communication and commercial drive.

You’ll be dealing with builders, engineers, architects and major trade customers, so confidence, professionalism and the ability to build genuine relationships are key.

They can teach you the products. They can’t teach attitude.
