This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.

What You’ll Get To Do:
• Obtains, organizes and standardizes key GP information for meetings and reporting, and supports the GP Director in meetings
• Assists GP leadership in cross functional coordination between key Engineering, Logistics, Mission Assurance, Quality, Program, and Supply Chain stakeholders
• Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems, and provides guidance and expertise to GP leadership to create and implement improvements
• Assists in aligning consistent processes and tasks between the Subcontracts and General Procurement organizations
• Accurately builds/presents executive-level leadership briefings focused on project status and path to completion
• Assists the GP Director in creating, facilitating, and providing training to key program, engineering, and GSC personnel
• Establishes priorities with the GP leadership and teams
• Holds all stakeholders and support personnel accountable to execution throughout the acquisition process

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 12 years or a Master's degree with minimum of 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management, business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, manufacturing or a closely related field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
5 years of prior experience in Supply Chain roles in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated manufacturing environment
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience in the procurement process, including but not limited to price analysis, negotiations, NG policies and procedures, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Experience in managing suppliers, internal customers, and requestors through the procurement process
Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside organizations
Executive presence and comfort in communications at that level
Demonstrated experience using SAP, Windows software packages, and other electronic databases
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and management experience
Capable of working with minimal direction, independently determines and develops technical objectives of assignments, and presents work upon completion for high level review.
