What You'll Do
As a Parts Warehouse Receiver, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency through the timely processing of incoming shipments, customer returns, vendor claims, and inventory transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process daily parts deliveries from small package carriers, LTL shipments, and company trucks
- Process customer returns and work closely with Customer Service to ensure Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) are handled quickly and accurately
- Receive and process inbound inventory transfers from other Wesco Turf locations
- Maintain an organized and accurate RGA inventory area for returned products awaiting vendor claims or reassignment
- Manage special-order customer products and newly stocked inventory
- Promptly put away received products and assign accurate warehouse locations
- Process weekly vendor claims and inventory adjustments as needed
- Inspect returned parts to verify they are in new and resellable condition
- Assist with receiving and stocking weekly Toro inventory orders
- Maintain warehouse bin location accuracy and inventory availability
- Monitor warehouse supply inventories, including boxes, labels, bags, and shipping materials
- Support shipping operations by pulling, packing, and preparing orders when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, utility carts, RF scanners, and inventory management systems
- Build strong working relationships across departments and contribute to a team-oriented culture

Requirements
What Do You Need?
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience
- Previous inventory management experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
