As a Security Officer Driver License Compliance in Foster City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Healthcare Security Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare and life sciences environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building entrances, laboratories, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as applicable.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
