Patient Coordinator We are seeking a New Patient Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for new patients, attorneys, and medical providers. This role requires excellent communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently while delivering a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships while ensuring timely communication and coordination throughout the patient intake process. As a New Patient Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and external partners by facilitating communication, gathering accurate information, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new patients. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with new patients, attorneys, and medical providers, including chiropractors and urgent care offices. Coordinate new patient intake and ensure accurate collection of information. Respond promptly to internal teams and external partners. Maintain clear, professional communication across phone, email, and messaging platforms. Support patient scheduling and follow-ups as needed. Ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. • Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (patient coordination, intake, or similar role).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Experience coordinating patient intake processes and collecting accurate information.
• Ability to manage communications effectively across multiple channels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
