Department: Sterile Processing
Schedule: Days | Full-time
Salary range: $125,689 - $170,049 per year
Eligible for an annual bonus incentive
How you'll make an impact in this role
- Design, implement, and direct a national sterile processing quality assurance, training, and associate development program
- Implement high reliability and lean principles to eliminate process errors, elevate department standards, and keep care environments safe for patients
- Build reliable systems to monitor manufacturer reprocessing guidelines, ensuring all medical devices are sterilized and fully compliant with industry standards
- Establish clear key performance indicators and outcome measures to track department performance and continuously drive operational excellence
- Lead national initiatives and strategic objectives that align sterile processing operations directly with the organization’s overall mission and growth targets
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Certified Central Service Tech obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Certification Board for Sterile Processing Distribution (CBSPD) also accepted.
- Certified Manager Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing obtained prior to hiredate or job transfer date.
- Healthcare Leadership obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
