Description
Our client is a 5* International Chain Ultra Luxury Boutique Resort with +/- 50 exclusive villas and multiple F&B outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.
For this position, both Expats and Filipino Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Minimum of College Degree in Engineering
• 5* & leisure resort experience
• Remote location experience
• Asia Pacific experience is a plus
• Familiar with annual budgeting and capital planning
• Strong engineering operations and maintenance knowledge
• Excellent leadership and team building abilities
• Able to influence and direct people to achieve goals
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects with a focus on results
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Adaptable and respectful of local culture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, hands on, and well organized
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Energetic, flexible, motivated, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
