QE PCT Engineer

Assist in defining projects and programs aimed at achieving world-class startup, yield, quality, cost, and output goals. Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication materials. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives and top focus areas. Make training resources available and provide expert mentorship on process and equipment-related programs, systems, and processes. Ensure organizational compliance with company policies, regulations, and departmental procedures. Actively participate in functional teams and projects, mentoring other leaders, and encouraging a culture of teamwork and balanced success. Experience with AMC control or N2 Purge processes is highly advantageous. Proven experience in an engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dedication to safety and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
