What You’ll Do:

As an AVO TACO cook, you’ll be the heartbeat of the kitchen, crafting dishes that delight. You’ll:

• Bring the heat! Prepare and cook food with passion, following recipes and maintaining high standards of freshness and quality.
• Keep it clean! Maintain safe, sanitary food-handling practices and keep all prep areas and equipment clean.
• Be the quality expert! Ensure all food is stored, cooked, and served at the right temperature, keeping an eye on quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Create a smooth service! Stock your station, handle food efficiently, and ensure everything runs smoothly during service periods.
• Stay flexible! Step in to help with food prep, assist other cooks during rush periods, and be a team player during every shift.
• Own the kitchen! Close the kitchen following our procedures and assist your teammates with a seamless end to the day.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Energy and enthusiasm – A passion for cooking and delivering great food.
• Positive attitude and work ethic – You set the tone in the kitchen!
• A keen eye for detail – You ensure everything looks and tastes amazing.
• The ability to handle the physical tasks of the job, including lifting 12 kg and completing various kitchen duties.
• Strong multi-tasking skills – You can handle the heat of a busy kitchen with grace!
• Great judgment and integrity – You’re reliable and trustworthy.
