About the OrganizationQuest LLC is committed to creating facilities that will propel the esports scene in the middle east to the next level and help it become a fully functional self-sustaining eco-system. It currently is in charge of the largest esports projects and activations in the middle east and needs very specific and specialized employees to expand its scope and set the correct baseline for the future. Currently it is looking to take its 5 esports team to the next level by providing them with the training they need. Job DescriptionQuest LLC is currently seeking full-time esports coaches in a multitude of games. Its goal is to help the 5 teams reach global competitions by end of 2024. The coach will take full responsibility of their respective team and help educate them, train them and coordinate with tier 1 teams for scrims, a progress report on each player is expected every month in coordination with the team manager to track their performance. The coach is responsible for the overall development and advancement of the esports team while demonstrating high moral and ethical standards and positive sportsmanship. ResponsibilitiesMaintains the team roster, and trains the players to compete in specialized roles.Recruits replacement players in case of termination of contract with one of the current contracted players.Conducts coaching and instruction activities during training, practice and competitionCoordinates off-season, practice and competition schedulesMonitors the training progress, and health and welfare of team members.Coordinates team practices, training schedules and competitions.Assists with team travel when necessaryOversees camps, clinics, and promotional eventsEnsures team compliance with all league, conference, and institutional rules and regulationsEnsures that student-athlete and staff behavior, as well as program reputation, are in alignment with the institution values and missionPerforms other duties as assignedRequirementsExperience involving multiplayer online video games with team-based elements and expert knowledge of his respective game.At least one qualification to an international Major tournament in his respective game as coach or player.Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to relocate to Qatar, work weekdays, evenings and weekends depending on training / scrim/ competition schedule set with the team members.
