The RoleAs our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of U Beauty. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social strategy that aligns with our brand’s minimalist aesthetic and high-performance DNA. You are a storyteller who can take complex skin science and turn it into engaging, "scroll-stopping" content.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a monthly social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.Produce high-quality, on-brand assets (short-form video/Reels/TikToks, photography, and copy) that highlight our products, SIREN technology, and founder’s vision.Engage with our audience daily, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand loyalty and a "customer-first" culture.Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral opportunities to keep U Beauty at the forefront of the conversation.Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to optimize future content and strategy.Partner with the Marketing and PR teams to support product launches, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships.Who You Are You live and breathe skincare.You have 1–4 years of experience managing social media for a luxury, beauty, or wellness brand.You have a sharp eye for aestheticYou are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.You can translate technical clinical data into digestible, consumer-friendly content.Competitive salary ($55k–$60k)BenefitsFlexible remote work environmentGenerous U Beauty product stipend
