Description
The Creative Producer serves as a bridge between creative concept and physical execution, overseeing the entire creative production process—from ideation and pre‑production through execution and post‑activation review. You will collaborate with creative directors, designers, account teams, and fabrication and production units to bring brand stories to life onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with creative leadership and account management to develop production strategies that align with clients’ brand goals and experiential objectives.Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans, ensuring seamless execution of design ideas.Oversee the development of production budgets, timelines, and resource plans, working closely with finance and operations.Manage vendors, partners, and external suppliers to secure materials, fabrication, and production services.Lead pre-visualization and prototyping processes to validate creative ideas and surface potential production challenges.Coordinate with fabrication teams, engineering, scenic, and technical units to ensure creative vision is realized accurately and feasibly.Oversee on-site activations, working closely with production managers, stagehands, and technical staff to ensure quality delivery.Solve creative and logistical challenges in real-time during execution.Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and reporting on creative production progress and deliverables.Facilitate post-activation reviews to capture learnings and identify opportunities for improvement.Keep up with industry trends, new materials, fabrication techniques, and production innovations that inspire or enhance client activations.Ensure that all production work maintains brand integrity, creative quality, and experiential impact.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, theater, production, or related field, preferred.4–8 years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, creative agencies, or production studios.Strong creative sensibility paired with hands-on production knowledge.Proven track record of managing creative projects from ideation through onsite execution.Excellent budget management and financial acumen.Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability under pressure.Familiarity with fabrication, scenic construction, lighting, audio, video, and technical production.Ability to travel frequently and work onsite during activations, often outside standard office hours.Proficiency with project management tools, budgeting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Work Environment & ConditionsActive involvement in onsite events and activations, including build, live, and de-rig phases.Dynamic schedule with potential evening, weekend, and travel commitments.Work in creative and production environments ranging from studios to large event venues.Requires coordination with multiple cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients in high-pressure settings.Why Work at BMF?Be a key creative voice in shaping immersive brand experiences.Collaborate with talented designers, strategists, and production specialists.Drive innovation through hands-on production and emerging experiential techniques.Grow within a forward-thinking company that values creativity, quality, and impact.
