About Solero Behavioral Transitions
Solero Behavioral Transitions in offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy for mental health and substance use disorders
- Participate in treatment planning, family sessions, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and community partners
- Utilize crisis intervention skills to ensure safety and continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, TJC, Medicaid, and state/federal regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Social Work (LSW) with group therapy experience OR
- Master’s in Social Work or Counseling
- Active, unencumbered license: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, LMFT
- Must be 21 years or older
- Newly qualified grads welcome
