- Platform Reliability and Availability - Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical platform services. - Reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) for platform incidents by 20%.
- Implement automated recovery mechanisms for common failure scenarios.
- Infrastructure Automation and Efficiency - Achieve 100% infrastructure-as-code coverage for new deployments. - Reduce deployment time by 30% through CI/CD pipeline optimization.
- Implement GitOps workflows for all production environments.
- Customer Enablement and Onboarding - Support successful onboarding of new customers on the Fabric platform. - Enable EA (Enterprise Archive) tenant deployments with minimal lead time.
- Develop and maintain self-service capabilities for common provisioning tasks.
- US-Based Oncall Coverage and Follow-the-Sun Support - Establish reliable US-timezone oncall coverage for platform services. - Enable follow-the-sun support model with seamless handoffs between regions.
- Achieve sub-30-minute response time for P1/P2 incidents during US hours.
