We’re excited to offer an opportunity to become a Clinical Lead Psychologist! This role is designed for clinicians who are energized for growth and interested in developing their leadership skills while continuing to provide high-quality client care. As a Clinical Lead Therapist, you’ll play an important role in supporting your peers, helping strengthen collaboration within your small group pod, and contributing to the continued growth of our clinical community.

The Clinical Lead Psychologist serves as your pod's first point of contact, peer mentor, and quality champion. This isn't a traditional manager role. You'll maintain your own caseload while helping your pod show up for clients and for each other at the highest level.
