• Lead and improve administrative and operational systems

• Oversee organisational calendars, HR admin, and core processes

• Ensure efficient facilities management and maintenance

• Support finance operations (budget tracking, procurement, vendors)

• Strengthening communication and coordination across teams

• Provide logistical support for organisational events

• Maintain compliance documentation, policies, and records RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Matric

• Relevant tertiary qualification

• Strong experience in operations, administration, or organisational systems
