Customer Service Representative

TurnTime Transport LLC is seeking a detailed-oriented, problem-solving, and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service to all clients and uphold the reputation of the organization. Responsibilities Include: Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. When necessary, facilitate escalation to appropriate department. Manage large volumes of incoming calls, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve utmost satisfaction. Process customer orders and quotations, checking availability and suggesting substitutes for out-of-stock goods. Collaborate with the sales team to develop specific sales strategies, and contribute to team effort by achieving specified targets. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks with varying deadlines, documenting conversations accurately in the CRM system. Maintain a vast knowledge of the company's product and service offerings, being able to articulate their value and benefits. Keep up-to-date with service changes, new products, and features. Qualifications Include: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a advantage. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, along with proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
