Customer Service

Wildkind is seeking a Customer Service representative to join our team. As a Customer Service representative, you play a vital role in our company's success. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service experiences to all clients and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, or social media platforms. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant information to clients about products, services, and policies. Strive to resolve customer challenges promptly and professionally. Perform tasks related to order placing, product inquiries, and service complaints. Work closely with other departments to address customer service issues effectively. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of our products, policies, and ongoing marketing campaigns. Record all customer interactions, comments, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring data integrity in our customer relationship management systems. Qualifications: High school diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent. A minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally in a similar industry. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in using CRM software is a plus.
