Description
- Develop skills and serve as a Profit and Loss (P&L) leader, acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and other Branch Leaders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives
- Participate in technical and business rotations
- Analyze data and prepare actionable reports
- Conduct research to support decision-making
- Support branch projects and company-wide objectives
- Attend workshops and professional development sessions
- Assist in policy development and implementation
- Manage special projects and prepare presentations
