Internal Medicine Physician | Full-Time
Location: Naugatuck, Connecticut
A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in the Naugatuck, Connecticut area is actively seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient practice. Position Overview
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patient populations
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions with a focus on continuity of care
• Perform preventive care, screenings, and wellness visits
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize EMR for documentation and patient management
• Participate in quality initiatives and population health programs
• Shared call coverage as applicable
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
• Active or eligible DEA registration
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
