Head of Brand & Marketing

Own all brand, marketing, content, influencer, and growth for our brand. This person will be responsible for the overall brand image, content quality, marketing strategy, creator ecosystem, and growth execution across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Final say on all brand aesthetic, taste, and creative direction

• Own all content across TikTok, Instagram, ads, email/SMS, and the website/product pages

• Create, direct, and appear in content, campaign content, and social content

• Manage hiring and recruiting of internal and external content creators, influencers, editors, photographers, agencies, and freelancers

• Lead influencer, gifting, ShopMy, LTK, affiliate, and UGC strategy and execution

• Manage paid media strategy and creative performance across all channels

• Use AI and creative tools to produce high-volume content efficiently

• Develop unconventional marketing ideas, viral moments, partnerships, and growth tactics

• Track performance (CAC, ROAS, conversion) and scale what works

• Own the full marketing strategy for every launch and drop — including content, creator strategy, paid amplification, rollout timing, messaging, and sell-through strategy
