Syniti Developer

Purpose

Develop and support hands-on data management solutions using the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP), including connectivity, extraction, cleansing, data quality controls, workflow management, exception handling, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support solutions in the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP).
• Create source and target system connections and build data extraction, transformation, cleansing, harmonization, and loading processes.
• Write data quality and validation rules covering completeness, accuracy, consistency, duplication, and referential integrity.
• Identify failed or rejected records, perform root-cause analysis, and enable correction and reprocessing.
• Configure workflows, approvals, email notifications, alerts, exception reporting, monitoring, and reconciliation controls.
• Integrate Syniti with source systems, ERP platforms, master data governance solutions, reporting tools, and downstream applications.
• Partner with data owners, data stewards, functional teams, and architects across design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including strong hands-on Syniti Knowledge Platform development and support experience.

Other Attributes

• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Working knowledge of master data governance, workflow design, data quality management, system integration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Preferred Requirements

Education

• Engineering background preferred.

Experience

• Consulting or system integration background.
• Experience supporting enterprise data migration or transformation programs.

Additional Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of SAP core master data, particularly: Business Partner / Customer Business Partner / Vendor Material Master
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Understanding of data migration concepts, including profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Understanding of SAP master data structures, including General Data, Company Code, Sales Area, Purchasing Organization, Plant, and Material organizational views.
• Exposure to enterprise data migration, ERP transformation, or large-scale master data programs.
• Experience integrating Syniti with SAP and non-SAP source and target systems.
