Job Description
- Support servicing of existing customer accounts and projects while maintaining good customer relationships
- Assist with quotations, proposals, pricing information, and other sales documentation
- Support tender submissions by coordinating required documents, inputs, approvals, and follow-ups
- Coordinate sales activities with Finance, Legal, Logistics, and other relevant teams
- Maintain and update sales information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Order Management System (SOMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and related systems
- Support invoicing, purchase order processing, project costing, budgeting, and pricing-related activities
- Follow up on customer queries and complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Support sales contract administration and vendor coordination
- Maintain sales records, trackers, and documentation accurately and on time
- Provide general sales administration and back-office support to the team
Person Specification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, sales administration, or back-office operations
- Experience in quotations, proposals, tenders, invoicing, purchase orders, and sales documentation
- Exposure to project costing, budgeting, pricing, and basic financial concepts
- Exposure to vendor operations and sales contracts
- Familiarity with CRM, SFA, SOMS, or similar sales systems will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
