Journeyman Plumbers – Licensed Service Technicians

Location: Danbury, CT

 

Recommended Base Pay: $35–$45 per hour
Annual Base Equivalent: $72,800–$93,600
Potential Total Compensation: $90,000–$120,000+ with performance incentives and overtime

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking Connecticut-licensed Journeyman Plumbers to perform residential and light commercial plumbing services, including diagnostics, repairs, drain cleaning, installations, and emergency service calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing and drain systems.
• Perform residential service, repairs, and installations.
• Identify additional customer needs and present appropriate repair options.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.
• Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch.
• Maintain service vehicles, equipment, and inventory.

Ideal Candidate:

• Active Connecticut P-2 Journeyperson Plumbing License.
• Strong residential service plumbing experience.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve plumbing problems.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Experience with flat-rate pricing and performance-based compensation preferred.
