Sales Operations Coordinator

Crafco, Inc. is looking for an Sales Operations Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Sales Operations Coordinator located at the corporate office in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires an individual to be highly organized and detail oriented. This role provides comprehensive support for the sales team, as well as the inside sales/sales administration department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Duties:

• Research and identify applicable bid, project, and supply opportunities for Crafco products.
• Qualify identified opportunities, maintain information in Salesforce, and route opportunities to the appropriate Sales and Contract Administration team members.
• Provide backup support to the Contract/Sales Administration team with research, documentation, tracking, deadlines, and renewals.
• As knowledge and proficiency develop, assist with bid preparation, registrations, contracts, renewals, insurance requirements, and other commercial activities.
• Provide first-line Salesforce support for the Sales organization, including user questions, troubleshooting, reports, dashboards, and system coordination.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and other members of the Sales organization.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training resources for Sales Operations.
• Identify and assist with improvements to Sales Operations processes, systems, documentation, tracking, and communication.
• Support special projects, department initiatives, and changing priorities as business needs require.
• Develop working proficiency in QuoteWerks, SAP, Microsoft Office, and other systems used by the Sales organization.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of administrative support experience required.
• Computer proficiency, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), email, and other proprietary systems. SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.
• Comfortable communicating professionally by phone and through Microsoft Teams meetings, including participating on camera when appropriate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a concise and compelling manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using bid management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional diligence and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for some local commuting required.
