What You’ll Do:
As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference every day:
- Deliver exceptional massages tailored to each guest’s unique needs (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and more).
- Offer enhancements and upgrades to elevate the experience (and earn extra income!).
- Share your knowledge to promote the wellness benefits of regular massage and self-care.
- Maintain a welcoming, safe, and serene space for every client.
- Support spa operations by helping with room readiness, cleanliness, and teamwork.

- Consistent bookings year-round
- Hourly base pay ($22/hr) plus tips averaging $20–$30 per massage.

- This is a full-time position, with Sunday availability required. The ideal candidate is available to work 3–5 days per week. However, part-time candidates are invited to apply
What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed Massage Therapist in California (or eligible for a Napa permit).
- Skilled in Swedish and Deep Tissue, with additional modalities a plus.
- Passionate about wellness, self-care, and helping others feel their best.
- A team player with excellent communication and a warm, professional presence.
