The OpportunityAs a FS AWM Operations Management Consultant - Sr. Associate you will help clients within our Operations Consulting practice address complex operational challenges across asset and wealth management, with a focus on product innovation, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, and capital asset programs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze unstructured issues, manage assigned workstreams, use feedback and reflection to build self-awareness, and mentor junior team members while developing client relationships and navigating changing priorities. In this role at PwC, you will use tools, data, and sector trends to develop practical recommendations, review work for accuracy, and support the delivery of solutions from strategy through execution.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing operational processes across asset and wealth management engagements to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Supporting client service workstreams from planning through execution, translating business needs into actionable deliverables
- Applying operations consulting methods to assess process design, service delivery models, and operating performance
- Interpreting data, industry trends, and performance metrics to inform recommendations for process improvement
- Preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and work products that summarize findings and proposed actions
- Coordinating tasks across multiple workstreams, tracking milestones, and escalating issues that may affect delivery
- Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives and technical requirements
- Using digital tooling and analytical techniques to support operations transformation, workflow optimization, and business performance analysis
- Contributing to discussions on procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and service operations within client environments
- Guiding junior team members through assigned tasks, sharing methods, and providing feedback on work products
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Demonstrating operations consulting coursework or internship exposure in asset and wealth management
- Applying analytical thinking to unstructured business problems and current industry trends
- Using structured communication to influence stakeholders and build client relationships
- Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, relevance, and consistency before sharing
- Delegating tasks, coaching peers, and adapting to changing priorities

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
