Our two distinct operating segments, Asset Management and Life, work together to provide access to balanced, long-term investment and savings solutions.
Through telling it like it is, owning it now and moving it forward together with care and integrity; we are creating an exceptional place to work for exceptional talent.
We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and offer workplace adjustments to ensure you have the support you need to succeed in your role.
The Role: Tooling Adoption & Enablement Expert - permanent
We are looking for an experienced Tooling Adoption & Enablement SME to accelerate the successful adoption and embedment of Jira and Kiplot across our change community.
This is not simply a technical tooling role. The successful candidate will work alongside teams and individuals to translate our ways of working into practical, effective use of the tools, providing hands-on coaching, training and support.
A key outcome of the role will be to build sustainable capability within the organisation through a train-the-trainer approach, reducing reliance on central support over time and creating a confident, self-sufficient community of users.
Key Responsibilities for this Role:
· Act as the SME for Jira and Kiplot adoption, helping colleagues understand not just how to use the tools, but how to use them effectively within their day-to-day work.
· Deliver engaging training, coaching, drop-in sessions and practical clinics for different levels of experience.
· Provide targeted, hands-on support to teams during implementation and embedment.
· Identify common adoption challenges, skills gaps and areas where additional coaching is needed.
· Develop practical guidance, learning materials, FAQs and reusable training assets.
· Establish a train-the-trainer model, building a network of capable champions who can support their own teams.
· Partner with change, delivery, transformation and tooling stakeholders to ensure tooling supports agreed ways of working.
· Gather feedback from the community and use it to improve training, guidance and user experience.
· Champion good practice and encourage consistent use of Jira and Kiplot across the change community.
· Support new functionality and changes through communications, demonstrations and targeted learning.Bullet
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
· Strong practical knowledge of Jira, ideally within change, transformation, portfolio or delivery environments.
· Experience of training, coaching or enabling users, rather than purely administering technology.
· Strong understanding of adoption and behavioural change.
· Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, accessible language.
· Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, from new users to senior leaders.
· Experience developing learning materials and delivering group and one-to-one coaching.
· A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for helping people build confidence.
