The Opportunity

Join our growing Application Management Services (AMS) team as an SAP BTP Integration Developer, supporting and enhancing integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP environments.

You’ll work hands-on with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) to troubleshoot integration issues, support production landscapes, work with customers and technical teams, and deliver continuous improvements across critical business integrations.

What You'll Do

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), monitoring and resolving interface failures.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Support integrations with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, BTP and third-party applications.
• Manage incidents, service requests and enhancements in line with SLAs.
• Deliver minor enhancements, configuration changes and optimisation activities.
• Support API monitoring and lifecycle management through SAP API Management.
• Support testing, deployment and post-production activities, including on-call support where required.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles and interface specifications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers and clients to drive automation, optimisation and continuous improvement.

Key Criteria

• 3+ years’ experience in SAP integration support, ideally in an AMS or production environment, with hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across SAP S/4HANA and cloud integrations.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, JMS or AS2, plus exposure to SAP API Management.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management, ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/Jira, and working to customer SLAs.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills; SAP Integration Suite certification is highly regarded.

Work Setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PHT, with finish times ranging from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM PHT, depending on client requirements. Permanent work-from-home setup
