Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the team at Pavyllon London, Chef Yannick Alléno's Michelin starred restaurant.

The role

As a Commis Chef, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, supporting the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in delivering exceptional food standards across every service.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills within a Michelin starred environment while gaining exposure to modern French cuisine, world class ingredients, and luxury hospitality standards.

 

Whether you are an experienced Commis Chef or a recent culinary graduate looking to begin your career, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from some of the industry's leading culinary professionals.

 

What you will do

• Assist with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your designated section
• Ensure all food is prepared to the high standards expected at Pavyllon London
• Support daily mise en place and service preparation
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
• Assist with stock rotation and ingredient management
• Adapt to seasonal menus, new dishes, and evolving culinary concepts
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn every day

 

What we are looking for

• A genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
• A culinary qualification or professional kitchen experience is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and team focused approach
• Willingness to learn and develop within a Michelin starred kitchen
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Good spoken English
• Right to Work in the UK

 

What to expect

• Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
• Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
• Restaurant operation across lunch and dinner service
• Flexibility required across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
