PGA TOUR Superstore is the PGA TOUR’s exclusive off course/off airport retail partner operating an ever-expanding number of stores nationwide.  “PGATSS” provides golf and tennis players alike with unparalleled selection, exceptional services and guaranteed low prices.  With plans to continue our dynamic growth, we are on the lookout for dynamic, customer focused associates at all levels to join our team.

Position Summary

Based in our Roswell Customer Care Center, the Special Order Concierge will be reporting to the Customer Care Operations Director. The successful candidate will be counted on to drive and support the customer experience and have ownership of the entire post-purchase special order process.

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Special order liaison between the stores, our vendors, and our customers
  • Tasked with knowing, understanding, and providing all communications regarding updates on all open and pending customer special orders.
  • Partners with the eCommerce, Merchandising and Customer Care Center teams.
  • Develops a strategic plan to handle any potential issues (backorders, product delays, equipment changes)
  • Oversee the complete post-purchase special order process including interacting with vendors, PGA TOUR Superstore Associates, and customers on a regular basis.
  • Follows up on order status and tracks quoted delivery times

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience
  • GED or equivalent
  • Retail experience, highly preferred.
  • 2+ years Supervisory experience, highly preferred.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.  Candidates must possess good verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate cross-functionally. 
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities and solutions to increase sales and improve operational processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and the Internet.  Experience with Service Now, ITSM/CSM, SAP, Kibo OMS, Cybersource, a plus
  • Ability to multiple priorities to ensure that resources are properly allocated to meet objectives.  They must have strong organizational and intuitive skills to make sound decisions without direct supervision.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday – Sunday, nights and weekends
