Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Supervisor to lead the delivery of occupational health services across our APAC operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to create safe, healthy, and supportive workplaces.

As the Occupational Health Nurse Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for our Occupational Health function. You will lead a team of health professionals, ensure high-quality clinical care and regulatory compliance, and partner closely with leaders across EHS, Operations, Human Resources, and site management to support employee health and wellbeing.

About You

You are a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to creating safer, healthier workplaces. You bring strong clinical expertise, sound judgement, and the ability to balance employee care with operational priorities.

You are equally adept at managing complex clinical cases, responding to workplace health challenges, and driving initiatives that improve safety, quality, and employee experience. Most importantly, you lead with empathy, integrity, and a genuine commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of others.

If you're an experienced nursing leader who is passionate about occupational health, employee wellbeing, and creating safer workplaces, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us continue our mission to Save and Sustain Lives.
