Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Response in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, report concerns, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, building perimeters, parking areas, access points, and other assigned areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and building conditions; document observations and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic workplace environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
